We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets our policy. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.

Our Returns Policy 

Return or exchange request will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return or Exchange request can be placed from the ‘Return or Exchange’ option at the footer of the website or through this link directly. 
  • In case of return, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity up to one month.
  • In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.
  • Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request with no additional costs. 
  • Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will issue the store credit or dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.
  • If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same.
  • This process usually takes 10-15 business days. 
  • An order can only be exchanged once.
In order for the product to be eligible for return or exchange make sure that these following conditions are met:
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags
All Items are eligible for return and exchange except following:
  • Product purchased on sale
  • Product purchased using any other promo code. 
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as mentioned above. 

If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us on the below mentioned address by any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

We request you to share the courier details with us at support@obaby.in or WhatsApp us at +91-7777014056. Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.  

Returns and Exchange Instructions:

Read the policy above and check that your return is within the return window. We only accept returns within 5 days of purchase. The return shipping fee is Rs. 100 and will be deducted from your refund. We offer free shipping in cases of:  

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect 
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

Shipping Policy:

We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
  • Order is shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
  • Orders will be delivered in 5-7 Business days
  • In case of pre-orders or made to order pieces, we will communicate the timeline to you via email.
