What size am I?
O’Baby pajamas fit true to size. We typically recommend sizing up if you feel you are between sizes. If you are unsure of your size, view our size chart. Still got questions? Contact us we will be happy to suggest the accurate size for you.
How do you recommend caring for O’Baby Pajamas?
Machine wash with like colours on the delicate cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach. Lay flat to dry. Your pajamas should be treated as a delicate and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.
Should I expect my pajamas to shrink?
Shrinkage of your pajamas is not expected if you follow the care guide as mentioned. However, for pieces of organic nature, shrinkage may occur. Machine drying will increase the degree of shrinkage and is not recommended.
When can I expect my purchase?
It will always be our endeavor to deliver your pajamas to you at the earliest possible. All orders are dispatched within two to three business days from the date of order. We collaborate with a wide range of shipping partners to deliver the products to you at its earliest. The standard delivery time is 10 business days.

Can I make a change to my order?
After an order has been made, no changes can be made. We request you to please review your order carefully when checking out.
Payment has been done but I did not receive an e-mail confirmation.
If your payment has been done but you did not receive an e-mail confirmation, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the payment screenshot. Rest assured, your money is safe with us and your order will be delivered to you.
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I cannot find my package. What do I do?
From time to time orders can be lost in transit or wrongly marked as delivered. If you believe there was an issue during transit, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and shipping address. Please note, if the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for that package once it is delivered. We do not cover stolen items or offer replacements for orders that were sent to an incorrect address.

Returns and exchange
Can I get my order refunded?
We do not offer refunds for orders, however if you have changed your mind you can return the product for store credit which would be valid for a month from the date of return. If you need to exchange for a different size or a different piece, that’s possible too. Please note that we apply a flat rate of Rs. 100 for returns and exchanges. While using store credit at a future date, an additional charge of Rs. 100 for shipping will be levied.
