Shipping & Delivery
We have partnered with all of the major Courier companies to deliver your orders at its earliest and in a safe procedure.
We charge a standard shipping cost of Rs. 50 on all orders.
Once you’ve ordered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an order number. Use the order number and visit the 'Track my Order' page on our website to track your order.
You will also get regular shipping updates from our Courier partners to ensure a smoother process.
We will process your orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order.

File a claim with the carrier, then contact us at support@obaby.in with your order number and claim number. We will figure it out together!
While we facilitate returns from almost all parts of India, certain locations may not be facilitated. In such case, you will have to ship back the courier on your own.
O'baby will gladly accept your return on all unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise. A return should be mailed within 7 days of the registered arrival of the package.
We request you to pack the nightwear in a safe manner so as to avoid damages in transit. Inside your package, please include the original bill and tag, without which the return will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and we have inspected it, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise that appears to be worn, washed or not in its original condition may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
